Axis Port LTD is a company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and it does not create an account for you.
If you use the contact form, it opens your own email application with the details you entered — your name, email address and message — so that you can send them to us directly. Nothing is submitted to this website or stored on it. We receive your message only once you choose to send the email.
If you contact us by email or telephone, we hold the details you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to business, to administer the resulting contract.
The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. When that map loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser details, as it would if you visited its website directly. Its privacy policy applies to that processing.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where a contract is in place, on the necessity of processing for that contract. Where we are required to retain trade and financial records, we rely on our legal obligations.
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Records relating to concluded transactions are retained for as long as United Kingdom accounting, tax and trade compliance rules require.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where a transaction requires it — for example with carriers, inspection companies, banks or customs authorities — and where the law obliges us to.
Under United Kingdom data protection law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to or restrict our processing of it. To make a request, contact us using the details on our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page.
